As health care changes, the cost of high deductible health care plans and the lack of access due to fewer health care providers to care for patients in the Rochester Area. Many people just want a more holistic approach and cost and access are not issues. Either way, Hope Family Health is looking to better serve your family's needs. After a new patient becomes established the option will soon be available for becoming a member of the practice. Members will pay a monthly fee for specific services rather than for every visit based on time.
Members will receive ongoing care (as outlined in the contract). This provides patients with the motivation to come proactively at a more affordable price than most integrative-holistic practices. In most cases, visits will be included in the monthly fee (refer to contract for specific limitations) so beyond the monthly fee, it is reasonable not to expect to pay extra. There are some instances that special services that are not included could be offered at an additional charge, but standard visits (as outlined in the contract) will be included.
Your nurse practitioner gets paid to keep you healthy rather than when you are sick. Your nurse practitioner is available for longer visits than traditional medicine practices offer, with various means of communication, health promotion education including seminars and as a resource for health care needs. This format allows for the whole family to be cared for if that option is chosen.
KEEP your primary care provider, but receive personalized, specialized care from Hope Family Health with an integrative approach because Hope Family Health is "Where Healing Happens." Hope Family Health is excited to be on the cutting-edge of this health care model, in order to better serve you and the community. KEEP your insurance for laboratory and diagnostic tests, any prescriptions that are absolutely necessary, for emergency care and for traditional medical practices, but use your membership, which is not insurance, for all that Hope Family Health has to offer you.
